Sponsor Request Letter

Dear Sir or Madam:

The Cooke County Soccer Association in Gainesville Texas provides year round soccer activities for youth boys and girls ages 4-19. We currently have over 600 youth participating in seven age groups. We have regular playing seasons in fall and spring. Our association membership grows approximately 15% each year.

It is important for us to continue our program and provide an environment for the youth of our community; this could not be possible without the support of sponsors and businesses such as yours. We are a nonprofit organization operating on funds collected as membership fees and donated as sponsor fees by local merchants. 100% of funds collected got directly to the operation of the association. An Executive Board elected from our general membership governs the association.

We would appreciate your consideration in becoming one of the many businesses that choose to be involved in programs that provide structured activities for the youth in Cooke County. Your donation of $225 will sponsor a team or $400 will sponsor two teams and help ensure the continued success of our youth soccer program. Funds from our sponsors help with the cost of uniforms, which will be printed with the sponsor name on the front of each player jersey. But most importantly, it helps to pay the registration fee for children whose family is in financial distress. We are committed in keeping our registration fees at a minimum and donations from sponsors like you help children stay involved in our program.

If you are interested in sponsoring a team please fill out the sponsor sheet provided and return it as soon as possible. If you have a particular child or team you would like to sponsor please indicate that information on the form.
